How to Make Homemade Pizza Dough in 5 Steps

Easy and quick recipe for a dough that's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside

Ingredients:

  • 500g 00 flour (or wheat flour)
  • 300ml warm water
  • 10g salt
  • 5g sugar
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Step by Step:

  1. Dry mix: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Yeast: Dissolve it in warm water and add to the dry mix.
  3. Knead: Work the dough for 10 min until elastic.
  4. Rest: Let ferment for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
  5. Roll out: Stretch with rolling pin and bake at 250°C for 8-10 min.

Tip: For more intense flavor, use cold fermentation (24h in fridge).
