Vegan Pizza: Dairy-Free Melted Cheese

Recipe with cashew cheese and 100% plant-based toppings

Vegan Cheese (ingredients):

  • 1 cup soaked cashews
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Mix: Process all ingredients until creamy.
  2. Assembly: Spread on the dough with mushrooms, peppers and spinach.
  3. Bake: 10 min at 200°C.
