📋 Inventory Movement Fields

  1. Folio

    • Type: Text
    • Description: Unique identifier for the movement.
    • Notes: Navigates to detail on click.
  2. References

    • Type: Text
    • Description: External reference or associated document.
    • Examples: Sales, purchase orders.
  3. Date

    • Type: Date
    • Description: Movement date.
    • Format: DD/MM/YYYY.
  4. Type

    • Type: Selector
    • Description: Movement type affecting inventory.
    • Values: Entry (increases inventory), Exit (decreases inventory).
  5. Warehouse

    • Type: Relation
    • Description: Warehouse affected by the movement.
    • Notes: Links to "Warehouse" model.
  6. Product

    • Type: Relation
    • Description: Moved product.
    • Notes: Links to "Products" model.
  7. Before

    • Type: Number
    • Description: Previous product stock.
    • Notes: Quantity before movement.
  8. Quantity

    • Type: Number
    • Description: Inventory quantity moved.
    • Notes: Positive value that impacts based on type.
  9. After

    • Type: Number
    • Description: Product stock after movement.
    • Calculation: Before ± Quantity.
  10. Cost

    • Type: Currency
    • Description: Unit cost of the movement.
    • Notes: Monetary value associated with the product.
  11. Unit of Measure

    • Type: Relation
    • Description: Used measurement unit.
    • Notes: Links to "Unit of measure" model.
  12. Status

    • Type: Selector
    • Description: Movement status.
    • Values:
      • Pending (yellow)
      • Confirmed (blue)
      • Cancelled (red)
      • Error (red)

Movement Statuses

  1. Pending:
  • Movement registered but not applied
  • Yellow color (warning)

  • Warehouse: Filters movements by physical location

Best Practices

  1. Always verify "Before" status to confirm result
  2. Review "Error" movements to correct discrepancies
  3. Use "References" field for traceability
  4. Confirm pending movements as soon as possible
